Characteristics;
Wall panels shall be interchangeable so that doors and windows foreseen to be inserted in
the corresponding panels can be located in any edge position.
The “sandwich” packet is made of base and roof, connected by metal spacer, inside of
which wall panels, door and window panels, finishing profiles, screws and preassembled
electrical system are installed.
The perimetrical side of the Transpack unit is protected against weather conditions by
means of suitable packing. The system has been studied in order to provide a robust
construction whilst saving on transport, due to space reduction, with quick and easy
handling, executed in packages of 4.
60mm thick panels have been chosen for walls, to be insulated by means of polyurethane
foam, in order to obtain a high thermal insulation, and good environmental comfort.
The structure has been designed to be handled by fork lift or cranes, and be transported
by truck, train, plane or ship.

The assembled container can be coupled on both sides (short and long) in groups for
larger capacity.

Component specifications;
All insulation mineral wool slabs are of flammability class A – non combustible
Smoke density class Q1 – low smoke emission in accordance ONORM B 3800.
All laminated chipboard (where used) in light or bright oak finish shall be water
resistant (V20), and comply with emission value E1 (definition according to DIBt
directive 100, version June 1994)
BASE
The base is composed of a steel sheet profile to be welded to the four corner blocks,
constructed of a thick metal sheet and drilled according to ISO rules. Cold profiled cross
bars are foreseen to support the walkway base placed at a modular distance between
centres and welded to the longitudinal profiles. The floor surface consists of waterproof
20mm plywood panels, or waterproof chip wood panels V 100 quality, with
characteristics according to DIN 68763 norms, fixed by means of self threading screws,
and covered with PVC 1.5mm thick sheets, with junctions welded and glued by means of
suitable adhesives. Light grey colour or similar.
A “U” shaped guide profile shall be fixed to the frame in order to allow for wall panels to
be inserted.
The insulation base is made of double coats of mineral wool 30kg/m3 density (min 2.4
Kg/m2), 80mm thick with “Kraft” paper having vapour barrier function.
The underside of the floor is realized with a galvanized iron sheet with thickness0.6mm.
White colour painting RAL 9003, and cleaning of the surfaces, epoxy coated and
finishing 100 microns total treatment thickness.
ROOF
The roof structure of the modules will be supplied completely pre-assembled i.e. built-up
insulated and watertight. The insulation will consist of self extinguishing polyurethane
core of density 35Kg/m3, or Mineral wool in a thickness of 100mm (DIN 18165/1:Ww,
DIN 4102/A1).
The outer surface of the roof will be of minimum 0.8mm thick galvanized sheet metal,
finished with white paint. This outer roof sheet metal profile will be fitted to be slightly
convex to allow for efficient drainage, and for stacking of the modules, one on top of the
other.
The inner surface will be 0.6mm thick galvanized sheet metal finished with white – grey
paint.
Steam blockade; PE foil in a thickness of 200um
Inner wainscot; Chip wood panel in a thickness of 8mm, quality V 20 (DIN 68763),E1,
with a foil in white colour, joining of chip wood panels with PVC profiles
The drainage from the roof will be by means of heavy duty PVC pipes 50mm diameter,
running through the inside of the four corner pillars/columns/posts.

The preassembled monolithic roof unit will allow for efficient drainage and should avoid
backwater build up.
The roof shall be painted with a polyester cycle to a thickness of 40 microns, previously
treated with epoxy primer, colour white/grey.
The internal side shall be treated with polyester cycle white grey colour.
WALLS
During the assembly phase, the panels are fixed to the upper roof profile by means of
bolted joints easy to assemble and disassemble and placed at the bottom of the edge base
guide profile.
The walls shall be made of self bearing monolithic metallic panels consisting of
galvanized steel sheet supports, prepainted and bolted to a self extinguishing
polyurethane foam core, or mineral wool filling, in a thickness of 60mm(DIN
18165/1:Ww, DIN 4102/A1)
Panel shall be completed with dust and waterproof rubber seals.

DOORS AND WINDOWS;
The modules will be provided with heavy duty external door, fitted into the wall panel.
The door will be insulated, provided with a lock set, including three (3) keys, and square
ventilation grid in the lower part of the door.
The joints between the door panel and door frames will be provided with rubber gaskets
or equivalent sealing arrangement.
Dimensions of opening 900 x 2100mm
The modules are provided with two windows fitted onto the wall panels.
Window will be double glazed 4-9-4 mm thickness, with horizontal sliding open system,
flyscreen and rolled PVC shutters. The casement and the window shutter frames will be
of durable, heavy duty aluminum profiles, painted White.
The wall opening for the windows will be 900 x 1200mm
Additional for VIP unit (internal bathroom) 700 x 900mm
Door and window panels are all interchangeable for the individual placement on the
edge side of the module.
Frame painting;
All steel components such as frames and corner posts, will be White colour painting RAL
9003, after cleaning of the surfaces, epoxy coated and finishing with 100 microns total
treatment thickness painting cycle.
Nr 4 corner uprights and nr.2 midwall uprights made of prepainted galvanized steel sheet,
have been foreseen in order to connect the roof to the base. Such uprights shall be fixed
by means of bolts to the corresponding joints of flange kind foreseen on the roof and base
profile.
Mineral wool strips shall insulate corner uprights, in order to prevent thermal bridges.
Profiles, (White/grey colour) are foresenn for the floor-wall, roof-wall finishing, and
corner walls and is to be fixed by means of screws or glue.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
The electrical plant is constructed in accordance with the European normative in force.
Any type of electrical material to be used shall comply with lemmequ (IMQ) standards
Electrical supply voltage provided: 400v 3F+N+T 50Hz
Electrical power rating provided: 4 kW (5kW on VIP version)
Rated current: Approx 8.5 A
Power factor Cos. Phi: Approx 0.85
External connection,
There will be two power inlets composed of one (1) fixed plug 3F+N+T 32A and one(1)
fixed socket 3F+N+T 32A connected to the main panel by the use of flexible cable
5 x 6sq.mm FG70R CEI 20-22 type II, standard length 5m
The cables are positioned indoors on the ceiling and come out through the holes placed
on the roof profiles, near the fixed plug socked. The fixed plug and socket are fixed to
suitable support, and caps made from prepainted galvanized steel sheet are installed in
order to protect the fixed plug and socket against water entering due to heavy rain.
This system avoids the passage of cables across the roof.
The maximum power rating for a group of modules, sharing the same electrical system,
shall not exceed 32A measured in each single phase at the electrical system source.
Main Electrical Panel:
The main electrical panel shall be made of self extinguishing PVC with a protection rate
of IP 40 according to DIN norms. The colour of the panel is Grey RAL 7035, and
contains the following:
• One main differential thermo-magnetic 2 poles circuit breaker , 32A, whose
differential current to be 0.03A
• Thermo-magnetic bipolar switch 20A for AC unit/heater unit, line protection
• Thermo-magnetic bipolar switch 16A for outlets line protection.
• Thermo-magnetic bipolar switch 10A for lighting protection
Power distribution ducts:
The ducts will be flame retardant N)&-VK type as per standard CEI 20-22 II marked
IMQ. The following duct section have been foreseen:
Main line: Fixed plug socket 6 sq mm
AC/Heater line 4 sq mm
Derivation to the single service outlets 2.5 sq mm
Lighting line 1.5 sq mm

Electrical distribution
The electrical distribution consists of self extinguishing PVC ducts, laid at sight and
mounted by use of plastic collars.
The electrical plant is constructed in order to allow service sockets and light switches to
be quickly displaced on walls according to the various accommodations.
The distribution boxes and appliance housing will all be made of a self extinguishing
plastic material with IP40 protection rate.
Service sockets
No 7 SCHUKO 10-16A type sockets will be prepared for mounting indoors on the wall
panels for the power supply air conditioning/heating and for the service sockets. In order
to make the electrical installation modular and interchangeable, the air conditioner/heater
must be connected to the proper socket.
The maximum power rating measured in every single socket will not exceed 16A
LIGHTING
Internal light will consist of two (2) ceiling lamps, complete with 1 x 36W fluorescent
lamp.
The ceiling lamps shall be made of white prepainted sheet steel, with a methacrylate ester
diffuser, light tonality type 33.
EARTH SYSTEM
Each electric appliance installed, the service sockets included, will be connected to the
earth system by use of an adequate cable, colour is according to DIN standards
yellow/green, leading to a point inside the main control panel. It’s section will equal the
one of the phrasal duct. The general thermo-magnetic differential circuit breaker will be
installed on the general panel, in order to disconnect all the electrical circuits of the
module, in case the fault current is superior or equal to 0.03A (30mA) as per norms in
force.
The metallic structure of the module is preset to be connected to the earthen system by
two (2) bolts placed on the shorter sides of the base.
SMOKE DETECTOR
Ceiling mounted smoke detector operated by meand of connection to the incoming
alternating current electric power supply(with battery back up) for every module will be
provided. Acoustic signal is to be made by a single acoustic signal.
Battery worked alarm has max one(1) yr normal use, when battery low, a warning tone
(beep, beep) intermittent indicates change of the batteries.
TRANSPORTATION
The containers in Transpack mode can be transported in a pile of four (4) units and fixed
into one (1) only package by means of suitable polyester belts.
In order to prevent the movement of the pieces during transport, a sheet steel insert is
welded into the corner blocks, and finished with electrolytic zinc treatment.

ASSEMBLY
The following assembly process:
1. Roof lifting
2. Installation of the corner pillars
3. Roof assembling on corner pillars
4. Insertion and fixing of wall panels
5. Installation of internal finishing profiles
6. Installation of the preassembled electrical system, convectors and smoke detector.
Each unit will include detailed instructions, in English language, for erection
assembling and for disassembling, including packing and re-crating.
Drawings will also be provided to keep the assembling and disassembly procedure clear
and simple.
No special tools are required for the assembling and disassembling process.
MARKING
An aluminium identifying number, set on the basement indicates: Model, Serial number
Production year.
INTERNAL BATHROOM VIP MODEL ONLY
The internal bathroom will be separated from the bedroom by means of a partition wall
made of panels with the same characteristics of the external walls, but with a thickness of
40mm.
The partition wall will be fixed to the external walls by a “U” shaped PVC guide.
The bathroom will be provided with:
Aluminium door 700 x 2100 mm
Wasistas Window 400 x 400 mm
Extraction fan connected to internal light switch.
The bathroom will be complete of:
Nr1 ABS shower tray 700 x 700 mm, with shower box, soap holder, water outlet grid,
water mixer, adjustable shower holder with flexible hose connected to the mixer.
Nr1 Steel wash basin, with water level control hose, bass faucet with mixer and cabin for
the wash basin containing a 50lt water heater.
Nr1 Western style WC, heavy duty plastic flushing cistern, PVC WC seat, WC brush and
paperholder.
Nr1 Mirror, 1 soap holder, 1 towel holder wall mounted.
The water system will be realized by means of PN20 polypropylene pipes, external dia
25mm, able to support a maximum pressure of 25 bar.
The sewage system will be 100mm PVC pipe with rubber junction.
